Abstract
Objectives : The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare neurocognitive function between Alzheimer¡¯s disease and traumatic brain injury(TBI).

Results : TBI group had significant lower score than Alzheimer group in MMSE. TBI group showed lower performance with statistical significance in attention, language and visuospatial functions. TBI group also showed significant lower ability than Alzheimer group in memory. There was no difference in Rey Complex Figure Test between two groups. There was no significant difference in frontal/executive function. TBI group showed higher score in depression, lower in living activity.

Conclusion : TBI group show significant lower performance in neurocognitive function. We should pay attention to neurocognitive function, especially in elderly patient.
